Terminal Connection     The UNI Knot

The UNI Knot, is used when joining hooks and swivels to your rig - a Terminal connection.

USE this knot with any monofilament line.

IMPORTANT - If you intend to use this knot as a loop knot, make sure that you still tighten it well, and leave a slightly longer tag when trimming. After landing a fish with the knot tied in this manner, it may be neccessary to re-tie the knot. The knot may tighten right up to the eye under load from the fish

The UNI Knot is easy to remember, and is one of the most common knots in use today.
