Quite often we go to great lengths to bring out the important details from within a story. We try and capture critical moments on film, like rigging techniques, rod work, and of course any surface strikes.

We also endevour to get our presenters to talk through their strategies and share their fish catching tips. One great way to get the message across is with graphics. Picture tells a thousand words. Animated rigs and knots are prime examples, you can see EXACTLY how the thing works, and rewind and fast foward so that you can eventually tie it in your sleep. Here at The Fishing DVD we do all that work ourselves - in house.

Marty is our graphics guru here Behind the Scenes. In the Marlin story on DVD#20, we used circle hooks on our bluewater baits. They are simply the best hook for catch and release, but too many anglers shy away from them because they don't understand how they work. OK Marty, here is a job for you!
